
The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Hub in Fort Myers will provide collaborative space for area nonprofits with a focus on community development, with financing provided through FCLF and the NMTC Program.

FreshMinistries will build an urban aquaponics farm that will provide jobs, job training, and bring a new focus on healthy foods to a USDA Food Desert. Financing from Florida Community Loan Fund will be used to build this urban farm as well as renovate a commercial kitchen.

Lotus Village in Miami will provide housing and comprehensive services for homeless women and children. Expansion is made possible through FCLF and the New Markets Tax Credit program.

R.E.A.C.H. acquires and renovates 20-30 foreclosed homes per year with financing from FCLF.

The Housing Authority of the City of Stuart, with financing from FCLF, purchased buildings that contain existing rental housing. This will continue to provide affordable rental housing for low-income area families.
